Ways to select chocolate
October 5th 2006 06:53
1. You look at the list on the box (the one that tells you what they all are), and find what you think you'll like best. Then you look in the box. If your first choice isn't there, then you go for your second choice, etc.
2. You have a look at the chocolates that are left, and find one that looks interesting. Then you look at the list on the box, and see if you have anything against that type of chocolate. (This method, incidentally, has the disadvantage that you mightn't be selecting the chocolate, of the chocolates that are left, that you most like.)
3. You go through all the chocolates that are left, and find out what they are, then pick the best one of the ones that are left (which leaves you open, incidentally, to someone who's in the know swooping in and picking out the best one before you realize which it is).
4. You pick one at random.
5. Without consulting the list, you pick, of the ones you immediately identify, the one that you most like.
